Unattended death cleaning

Sometimes a person dies and is not found for some time. The property then needs specialist cleaning before anyone can use it again. We work with families, landlords, housing associations and councils.

Personal belongings

We know that personal belongings are important to you. Before we start, we agree with you which items to keep, clean or put aside. We handle every item with care.

When the job is complete

You receive a Certificate of Decontamination. It confirms the work that we did. You also receive the waste documentation for all items that we removed.
