Prices and quotes
- Prices shown are a guide only. We confirm your price in a written quote from our office.
- We base quotes on what you tell us about the property. If the job is different, we will speak to you before we do extra work.
- The minimum booking for a clean is 2 hours, unless we have agreed a different time with you.
- Hours are cleaning time, not hours per cleaner. If you book 4 hours, you get 4 hours of cleaning in total. This can be one cleaner for 4 hours, or a team of four for one hour each. This depends on the job and on which cleaners are available. A team finishes sooner, but it never costs more.
- New regular customers start with a one-off deep clean, unless we have agreed otherwise.
- Some quotes ask for a deposit. We subtract any deposit from your final invoice.
Cancelling or moving a clean
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you want to cancel or move a clean.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you must pay the full price of the clean.
- If our cleaner cannot get in when they arrive, this counts as a late cancellation. For example, nobody is home, or the key or code does not work. The cleaner will record this with a photo.
- We may waive a charge at our discretion, for example in an emergency.
Keys and access
If we hold a key, we label it with a tag number. We never put your address on it. We encrypt lock box and alarm codes. We show them only to your cleaners, and only on the day of your clean.
Products and equipment
Our cleaners bring all the products and equipment they need. Tell us about anything that needs special care.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with a clean, tell us as soon as possible. We will correct the problem. Usually, we send a senior cleaner back to clean those areas again.
Photos
Our cleaners take before and after photos of their work. You can opt out of us sharing photos on social media at any time. See our privacy notice.
Gift vouchers
- A gift voucher can be used for 12 months from the date it is bought. The expiry date is in the email with the code.
- You can use it against the invoice for any clean from us. Give us the code when you book. We take the voucher amount off your invoice. If the invoice is less than the voucher, the rest stays on the code until it expires.
- Keep the code safe. Anyone who has the code can use it.
