We bring all the products and equipment. You have nothing to buy or store.
What's included
- Surfaces, skirting boards and light switches dusted and wiped
- Kitchen worktops, hob, sink and the outside of appliances
- Bathrooms: toilet, basin, bath or shower, tiles and mirrors
- Floors hoovered and mopped in every room
- Bins emptied and beds made (we change the bedding if you ask)
We start with a deep clean
Each new regular customer starts with a one-off deep clean. This brings your home to a standard that we can then keep on every regular visit. Without it, we would need several weeks to remove the built-up dirt.
The same team each time
We match you with a regular team, and we keep that team wherever we can. If a cleaner is on holiday or ill, we tell you before the visit who will come instead. We also send you their profile.
Booking and cancelling
Each clean is at least two hours. To cancel or move a clean, please tell us at least 24 hours before.
You pay for cleaning time, not for each cleaner. Book 4 hours and you get 4 hours of cleaning. That can be a team of four for one hour, or one cleaner for 4 hours. Either way, the price is the same.
